The Operational Learner

As an Operational Learner, you have a high ability to initiate your work. You can apply knowledge and experience across situations and are able to write broadly and confidently, but you are also open to the idea that you are still developing. You understand or feel strongly that you need to perform academically and accomplish your school tasks. Sometimes, you have a little trouble acting on these desires and completing the work you know you need to.
